Your Right to Cancel
Where applicable under UK consumer law, eligible customers may have the right to cancel a qualifying online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Return Condition
Unless a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, returned items should be:

Please take reasonable care of any goods in your possession while arranging a return.
Return Instructions
Do not send products back without first contacting us for return instructions.
Once your return request has been received, we will provide the relevant information regarding the return process and, where applicable, the return address.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Where a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before arranging a return so that we can review the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
