Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and order confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, stock levels, order quantity and delivery requirements.

Orders for larger quantities or project-specific requirements may require additional processing or confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery options and applicable charges will be communicated during the checkout process or otherwise confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. While we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. ArcShield cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

Larger Project Orders

For requirements involving 11 or more Isolators, customers should use our Request Project Pricing or Contact for Quote service.

Delivery arrangements, lead times and pricing for project orders may be confirmed separately as part of the quotation process.

Delivery Delays

If your order is significantly delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided with your order.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly at ArcShield@ThunderSparks.co.uk and provide your order details and, where possible, supporting photographs.
